1. Do You Hold Items?

All items on our website are available for purchase. We follow a “first to pay gets it” policy and we do not hold items. Having an item in your “cart” does not reserve or hold the item for you. However, we do offer a layaway option for items priced $399 or more, allowing you to reserve your dream bag with only 25% down. 2. What Conditions Do You Offer?

At The Luxury Lady, we strive to cater to customers with various budgets by offering items of different condition ratings. Each item’s condition is classified as used, good, very good, great, excellent, or like new/giftable. We thoroughly detail any wear in the item’s condition write-up and/or provide photos for complete transparency.

3. What Is The Authentication Process?

The Luxury Lady exclusively sells authentic designer items and backs each item sold with a financial guarantee promise. Our brand professional, Katie, has done extensive research and training on how to authenticate and distinguish real from fake. We initially inspect the item in person using a 4-step system. Then, we typically use Entrupy to double verify the item’s authenticity against our opinion of the item.
Our Entrupy scanner uses algorithms to microscopically verify the item’s authenticity by comparing the bag to thousands of microscopic images of the same caliber to ultimately deem the item as authentic or not. This type of authentication is 99.1% accurate. Each item comes with a The Luxury Lady authentication certificate that guarantees the item financially, so you know your investment is protected.

5. What Payment Methods do you Accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

6. Do you Offer Affirm, Afterpay, Layaway, etc. ?

We only offer in-house 30 or 60 day layaway. Just click “pay deposit” at checkout for more information.

7. When do you Release New Items?

Here is our listing schedule:

  • Mondays at 12:30pm central time join us on the “Live Shopping” tab for 10-15 new arrivals that we showcase via live video on our site and on instagram.
  • Tuesdays by 12:01am we offer a “Stories Sale”! Stories Sales are only featured on Instagram and Facebook stories for 24 hours or until they sell. Story Sale items are the latest 15 new arrivals that have landed in store and are not yet listed on our website.
  • Each weekday we feature a “Daily Drop” item. This is a new item listed to our website every day! You can shop these items on our main home web page under “The Daily Drop”.
  • Fridays we have a huge “Friday Drop”! This is 10-15 new items listed to our website every Friday at 6am under “The Weekly Drop” section of our website.

8. Will I be Charged Sales Tax?

Sales tax will be charged based on your state’s laws and criteria for our website. Please proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping address to see the sales tax calculation. For in-store purchases, sales tax will be charged based on the store’s location.

9. What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. However, we do offer consignment and trade-ins if you are looking to switch out your bag.

10. How Long does Shipping Take / What Carrier Do You Use?

All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the buyer. We ask that you allow 1-4 business days to process your items.

We ship to all U.S. states and Canada. Any customs or duties fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
