Payment Plans from The Luxury Lady
30 Day Payment Plan/Layaway
25% of the items sale price, plus 25% of the total sales tax, and 100% of the shipping cost is due at the first payment to mark an item as sold. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other items. Every 10 days a payment towards the balance will be due until the item is paid in full. You will receive the item once it is paid in full. Items with remaining balances after 30 days may request a maximum of 7 days extension by emailing layaways@theluxurylady.com If an extension is not requested within 7 days, Luxury Lady reserves the right to re-list the item. To access your payment plan, Log into your profile on TheLuxuryLady.com. Go to “My Account” and click “Scheduled Orders”.
*Please note, you will not receive an emailed receipt when paying a layaway deposit. You will only receive the emailed receipt once the item is paid in full. Once your initial deposit is paid, your item will be safely held in layaway until it is paid in full within the layaway term.
60 Day Payment Plan/Layaway

You will receive the item once it is paid in full. Items with remaining balances after the 60 days may request the maximum of a seven day extension by emailing layaways@theluxurylady.com. If an extension is not requested within seven days, Luxury Lady reserves the right to re-list the item. To access your payment plan, log in to your profile on TheLuxuryLady.com. Go to “My Account” and click “Scheduled Orders.”
